She served as senior committee staffer to Senators Edward M. Kennedy, Tom Harkin, and Robert C. Byrd, advising them on public health and welfare policy, as well as on the budget and appropriations processes.

He helped establish and serves as outside counsel to 340B Health, an advocacy organization of over 1,400 public and private non-profit hospitals participating in the 340B program.

Cathy White

Cathy White is a seasoned analyst who believes the vital piece to 340B compliance is self-auditing. She is a healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in multiple segments of the pharmaceutical industry, including community retail, field auditing on behalf of a pharmacy benefits manager, and currently a 340B analyst for a large not-for profit health care network. In her current role, she is responsible for auditing several mixed-use acute hospitals, wholly-owned retail pharmacies, and a complex contract pharmacy program.
